LIC SPACE’s satellite pasture measurement service is transitioning to AIMER.

You’ll continue to receive your satellite-based pasture covers—now delivered through the AIMER platform—without any changes to your current setup or service.

As part of this, you will automatically gain access to all the features within AIMER Essentials, all for the same price as your current LIC SPACE subscription

The existing pricing will be honoured until December 22, 2025. Billing must be processed via Direct Debit and paid monthly. Please note that annual discounts and Farmlands/Farm Source billing do not apply.

What is the AIMER Satellite package?

The AIMER Satellite package is a new offering from Aimer Farming, developed in partnership with LIC, and exclusively available to existing LIC SPACE customers. It includes:

  • Satellite pasture measurement

  • The AIMER Essentials package

    • AIMER Vision smartphone pasture measurement with 90% accuracy (even offline)

    • AI-powered paddock learning and partial walk estimates

    • 14-day pasture cover forecasts

    • Scenario testing tools

    • Paddock performance insights

All for the same price as your current LIC SPACE subscription until the 22nd December 2025.

How is this different from other pasture measurement tools?

Unlike other offerings, this package includes:

  • Satellite pasture measurement: automated pasture measurements

  • Smartphone-based measurement (AIMER Vision): accurate, offline-capable, and flexible

  • AI-powered partial walks: No need to walk the full farm every time

  • Advanced forecasting and scenario tools: Helping farmers make smarter grazing decisions

  • Better paddock-level insights: To track and improve performance

  • No extra cost: Same price as LIC SPACE

When does the AIMER Satellite service begin?

The AIMER Satellite service will go live on 1 June 2025.

How long is the offer available for?

This available until 22 December 2025. After that, pricing may change.

Is LIC still involved in this new offering?

No, LIC has partnered with Aimer Farming to provide a transition option. Post 31 May 2025, satellite pasture measurement services are operated by Aimer Farming and we will be providing full support.

What support is available to help with the transition?

Aimer Farming will provide:

  • Onboarding support and tutorials

  • Easy data migration from LIC SPACE

  • In-app help and support team access

Can I keep using LIC SPACE instead?

LIC SPACE will not be available after the transition, so you will need to move to AIMER Satellite or consider other options. However, AIMER Satellite offers significantly more value — including smartphone measurement and deeper insights at no additional cost.
